It was a little after the holidays , when I grabbed my phone and decided to indulge in my favorite hobby: watching videos on social media . So, as I was sitting on the couch watching some guys sing, I suddenly saw something I had never seen before, which is why I stopped scrolling. A van, a girl taking off her heels in the middle of the street, and someone else wearing Crocs™.
I watched it again from the beginning because I didn’t understand what exactly I was seeing. I went into the profile, found another video with the same van, another girl, same situation. And then another, and another. Something had happened here and I wanted to understand exactly what. I searched for it, I read it, and the more I understood, the more I wondered why I wasn’t there too.
Because what Crocs™ Emergency Kit Van did in Athens during the holidays is something I’ve never seen anywhere before!

But what really happened?
What I saw was this: a girl, Lucy, appears with a microphone in her hand and behind her is revealed the Crocs™ Emergency Kit Van , filled with many Crocs designs, the ones that have fur inside and are even more comfortable and soft to the touch .
He would look for girls who had gone clubbing in their heels or their favorite boots, see them tired from standing, dancing, and walking, and give them a pair of Crocs , warm with their fur for the winter, in various colors and styles, from the flats to the platforms.

As for the girls’ reactions? Priceless. Some were surprised, while others were thrilled by the god-sent gift of Crocs™ . And then you’d see them wearing them, taking videos of them, and laughing like the most unexpected thing in the world had happened to them. Because that’s exactly what happened to them.

How many times have I put on heels (and regretted it), danced like there was no tomorrow, and after two hours my feet were aching and sore. How many times have I wished that some mechanical god – like this Crocs™ Emergency Kit Van – would appear and give me a pair of comfortable shoes so I could continue my evening, radiant and without suffering.

And Crocs™ did just that. An unexpected rescue, just when they needed it. An unexpected gift out of nowhere.
You know what’s great about all of this? Those Crocs™ didn’t actuallydo anything out of the ordinary. They didn’t organize entire events, or giveaways, they just did something that no one has ever done before and created a wow experience out of nowhere.
It was as if she heard something we’ve all felt – yes, that moment when you want to throw away your shoes and go barefoot – and she responded in the funniest way possible, with a van full of Crocs at 3 in the morning.
Anyway, the next time I wear heels to go out, I’ll look a little more carefully to see if the Crocs™ Emergency Kit Van is passing by. You never know!
